Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in C:\xampp\htdocs\XpertMailPHP\PHP5\MAIL5.php on line 740

The answer is in your comment:
1. A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
2. Failed to connect to mail server at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set().

Are you sure you have a mail server on localhost and the port 25 is open ?
